Any request to cancel registration for the NEUROPRISM conference must be made in writing and sent to the following address: neuroprism@unimes.fr, before the opening date of the scientific event.

Requests made after the event opening date will not be refunded, except in cases of duly justified force majeure (hospitalization, serious accident, death of the participant or a close relative, or serious loss at home).

No refunds will be granted in the event of a no-show without prior notification.

Any refunds will be processed after the conference closes. In the event of non-payment at the time of cancellation, any fees incurred will remain due.
